Quality policy

The Management has defined the general organization policy, which constitutes the fundamental guideline for every corporate activity, as follows.

Linergy wants to be amongst the first providers in the emergency lighting market in terms of:
- Quality
- Customer Service
- Product innovation


Customer satisfaction and product compliance with the existing regulations require highly qualified human resources, operational procedures and proper technological resources.

In order to fulfill these requirements, the Company has set the following strategic goals:
1. a quality system in continuous evolution, in line with norm UNI EN ISO 9001, certified and monitored by an independent organization;
2. enhancement of the level of professionality of every employee in terms of skills and competence, in order to continually improve the Company.

The actions carried out in accordance to the quality system to reach these strategic goals are:
1. the monitoring of the requisites of customers and norms;
2. attention to the needs and expectations of the stakeholders;
3. the adoption of an integrated system for managing the Company risks;
4. the management of Company activities by way of processes which are monitored with the use of objective and quantifiable indicators;
5. transparency in communication and diffusion of corporate objectives and strategies;
6. promoting the participation and professionality of the collaborators;
7. instilling into the corporate culture the principle of continuous improvement both at a personal and group level.

The Management intends to make its decisions by analysing data and information and thus promotes inside the organization a methodological approach centered on the systematic collection of data and precise analysis.
The Company ensures, by means of internal audits on the Management System, that the Quality Policy is understood, implemented and supported at all levels of the organization.
Finally, through these audits, the Management verifies that the Quality System is correctly implemented and re-evaluates the correctness of the Corporate Policy itself.
